Please note travel is also billed at NDIS rates, where possible we aim to group clients together to reduce travel fees.

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) Report for NDIS Access

Cost: $1300 +gst inclusive of assessment sessions and report

Functional Capacity assessments can be completed either face to face to via telehealth

Cost, 5-7 hours of report at current NDIS rates
